Remanufactured Outboard Powerhead Warranty
 

1 Year Limited Warranty

At Powerhouse Marine Machine, Inc. we make every attempt to keep our customers who are using our products satisfied. We provide every Powerhouse Marine Machine product and make every attempt to help the customer and honor that warranty to the fullest reasonable extent.

Our warranty covers any error that we may have missed during our manufacturing or remanufacturing process. We cannot warranty any failures that are the result of wear, incorrect installation of product, or caused by any external component not installed by Powerhouse Marine Machine, Inc. We cannot warranty any product that has detonation, pre-ignition, lack-of or no oil condition, overheat, submersion, water intrusion, and/or other neglect. This warranty does not cover commercial application and is not transferable.

Should you experience a warranty issue we ask that you contact us immediately. The customer MUST contact Powerhouse Marine Machine, Inc. immediately to resolve the issue. Any tear-down done by the customer or another dealer will void all warranties. Written approval is mandatory for any tear-down done by another dealer. You must first contact Powerhouse Marine Machine, Inc. for written approval.

If the powerhead/engine is still within the warranty period and said failure is a warranty situation, Powerhouse Marine Machine, Inc. will pay all freight charges associated with the powerhead/engine. If the repair is handled as a policy exception (i.e. not a warranty) the freight and additional charges agreed upon will be the responsibility of that of the customer.

We at Powerhouse Marine Machine, Inc. believe in our customers and always try to handle all failures as quickly and fairly as possible. While we realize all situations are not always fully understood, but we make every attempt to handle everyone honorably, fairly, and as fast as possible.

We thank all our previous customers and welcome all new customers to the Powerhouse Marine Machine, Inc. network.

This does NOT cover any damage caused by electrical failures or water intrusion from any source. We reserve the right to decline any claim that we determine was not the fault of Powerhouse Marine Machine, Inc. This includes any part that we did not install or sell, that may have caused subsequent failures of any kind.
